At Snooze Therapy, we want you to love your loungewear as much as your sleep. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
